How much does treadmill repair cost?

Most treadmill repairs range from $89 to $349 depending on the problem and parts needed. We provide a flat-rate quote after diagnosing your machine — before any work begins. You’ll never be surprised by the final bill.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. All of our repairs are done on-site. You never need to haul your treadmill anywhere. We bring all standard parts and tools to your location and complete most repairs in a single visit.

How soon can you come?

We typically schedule service within 3–7 business days. Same-week appointments are often available. After you submit a service request, we’ll call you within 4 business hours to schedule.

What brands do you repair?

We service all major brands including NordicTrack, ProForm, Bowflex, LifeFitness, Precor, Sole, Horizon, Schwinn, Landice, True, Cybex, Matrix, and many others. If you don’t see your brand listed, contact us — we likely service it.

Is it worth repairing an old treadmill?

Generally yes, if the frame is solid and the repair cost is less than 50% of replacement cost. A $150–$250 belt and deck service on a machine that cost $800–$1,500 new is almost always worthwhile. We’ll tell you honestly if we think the machine isn’t worth saving.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no additional charge.

My treadmill shows an error code — what does that mean?

Error codes vary by brand and model, but common ones (E1, E2, Err2, Err6, E6) usually point to motor, speed sensor, or incline sensor issues. Don’t just reset the error — the underlying cause will return. Contact us and we’ll diagnose the root problem.

Can you repair commercial treadmills?

Yes. We service commercial treadmills in hotels, apartments, physical therapy clinics, and gyms. Commercial units from LifeFitness, Precor, Cybex, Matrix, and True are among our most common commercial repairs.
